How We Help:
- Insurance Verification: When you schedule your appointment, we’ll collect your insurance information, verify your eligibility and benefits with your provider, and file your insurance claim.
- Estimate of Costs: Before your treatment, we’ll let you know any out-of-pocket costs (non-covered portions). Even if we’re not a preferred provider for your plan, we can still check your benefits! In many cases, the cost for preventive care (like exams, x-rays, and cleanings) is the same whether we’re in-network or out-of-network

Our goal is to give you the best estimate we can – however your policy is a contract between you and the carrier. Insurance companies can be unpredictable and sometimes claims are not paid as expected. In those cases, it is the patient’s financial responsibility as it is at any other medical office.
